Sorry guys but I don’t understand how anyone can identify with Quentin’s bringing up this so-called bond he and Laurel had considering he broke it long before she did. He used her as bait to try to catch the Arrow, who he considered to be a serial killer. He lied to Laurel about Sara being alive to the point of calling her crazy when she said she’d seen Sara. He called her a gold digger slut in the flashbacks. Then, on top of that, he hands his recovering alcoholic daughter a full bottle of whiskey after his emotional abuse of her?
I’m sure that most of this fandom, given their track record, will love Quentin for all this and woobify him over how terrible Laurel was but I for one have to be angry at the writers for destroying another character. Here’s hoping he dies soon. She’s shown she’s strong enough to get over the death of her loved ones but I’m not sure how much more emotional abuse she can take from the people that claim to love her.
