Great episode, Mike and Amanda! I think it is official, I enjoy the Quiver podcast more than Arrow. Looking forward to the next episode.

I really hope you guys read this on the podcast next week, because I disagree with pretty much everything you said. I thought this episode was great. I feel like you guys are extremely nitpicky and are not judging the show on its merits, but instead judging it on what you think they should do. I hate it when people do that, it’s unfair to the show. If you don’t like what is on screen that’s fine, but just because they don’t give you what you want is no reason to crap all over it. For example, the 2nd half of last season was not good, but it could have been. It was all in the execution. I didn’t sit there going well, instead of A, B and C they should have done D, E and F.

That goes for the suicide squad trailer too. I don’t know if the movie will be any good and neither do you, because neither of us has seen the movie. But you can’t say it’s not any good, because the characers dont look or act like you want them to. That’s just ridiculous to me. Like I said before, how about judging it on its merits. Ugh, I usually really like listening to you guys. I have been listening from the very beginning, but you guys frustrated me so much this podcast that I had to write this comment.

My sense was the biggest problem was the Harry Potter books were still being written when the movies started coming out. Once the source material is finished, you have a better sense of how to adapt it.
