The wait is over, as “Arrow” returns for it’s fourth season tonight, and we got two new clips released by The CW from tonight’s episode to get us all pumped up for the season premiere!
The first clip in the video above shows off Speedy and Black Canary taking in some crime fighting action, and the second clip below shows us Damien Darhk laying out is evil plan to Star City officials.
