Another actor has just been announced to join the cast of “Arrow” for it’s third season, as Deadline is reporting that actor Austin Butler from The CW’s “The Carrie Diaries” and ABC’s “Family Switched,” has been cast in a new recurring role for season 3. Deadline does share some details on who he will be playing on the show, which could have some minor spoilers to how his character will relate with one of the main characters of the series.
