Connor Hawke Will Be In DC’S Legends Of Tomorrow

A character from Green Arrow comic book lore will be appearing on “DC’S Legends Of Tomorrow,” but it looks like he’s going to be a little different from his comic book origins.

The character is Connor Hawke, who in the comics is the son of Oliver Queen and Sandra Hawke, but that will not be the case in the upcoming DC team-up series. Connor Hawke’s appearance on the show was confirmed to ComicBook.com by Warner Bros., but they would not share any other details about the character. Just that he will not be the son of Oliver Queen and Sandra Hawke in this version.

Here is what ComicBook.com is reporting about Connor Hawke:

Connor Hawke will be making his way to DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow. Following reports that the show is casting an African-American or biracial male who decides to put on the uniform of a missing hero who once stood for justice and hope, we decided to dig a big deeper on who the character might actually be. Our sources pointed to Connor Hawke and we have confirmed what we found with Warner Brothers.

Beyond confirmation, Warner Brothers offered no other details beyond his appearance on the show, but did say that this iteration of Hawke will not be the son of Oliver Queen and Sandra Hawke.

We already know Oliver has a son he doesn’t know about yet in “Arrow,” so if the Connor Hawke who will appear in “DC’S Legends Of Tomorrow” is not his son, does that mean he will be from a parallel Earth that we heard about from “The Flash”?

We’ll have to wait to find out, but it is cool to know that another major character from the Green Arrow comic universe, is being be brought into the DCTV universe!
