The promo images for next week’s new episode of “Arrow” titled “A Matter Of Trust” have been released, where we get looks at two new characters. The villain Derek Sampson played by WWE star Cody Rhodes, and the new Detective of Star City, Detective Malone played by Tyler Ritter.
