The promo images have been released today for next week’s new episode of “Arrow” titled “Shifting Allegiances,” where we are shown a couple of reveals from the episode, such as Diggle taking up the offer to join A.R.G.U.S., Oliver having another meeting with Anatoli, and Quentin finding out that Laurel is still working with Diaz.
