Summer Glau joins Season 2 of CW’s Arrow

Summer Glau, best known for her roles on Firefly and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, is joining the cast of Arrow villains as the series goes into it’s second season on The CW. Glau is set to play the DC Comics character Isabel Rochev. If you’re not familiar with the character don’t beat yourself up too much. She’s a recent addition to the DC universe, having made her first appearance in the Green Arrow series back in 2010. This incarnation will be introduced as the “vp acquisitions at Stellmoor International, a company looking to take over Queen Consolidated.” The character has been described as “enigmatically beautiful” and “dangerous,” which is a combination that Glau fits to a tee. Could this new character be “The Legs?” from the end of the first season, or is she just another new adversary for Oliver to deal with in the wake of the destruction brought on by Malcolm Merlyn in the season finale back in May?
