Earlier this year Vixen was brought into the “Arrow” universe with her animated web series on CW Seed (Which was really good by the way) and is now being brought into live action, as she will appear on an episode of “Arrow” later this year!
TV Insider had the exclusive report, where they say she will appear in the 15th episode of this season scheduled to air on February 24th, and will be played by the same actress who voiced her in the animated series, Megalyn Echikunwoke.
Here’s what Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim had to say about bringing Vixen into live action:

I was hoping this would be the case when it was announced that the Vixen animated series would be part of the Arrow and Flash universe, so I’m excited that Mari McCabe will be making her live action debut later this season, and can’t wait to see her put her awesome powers to use with team Green Arrow!
