After the big events of “Crisis on Earth X,” Arrow’s mid-season finale episode titled “Irreconcilable Differences” sees Oliver and the rest of team Arrow celebrating his impromptu marriage to Felicity, but things quickly turn sour for the team as Quentin Lance brings Oliver some disturbing news.
