The official description for the twentieth episode of “Arrow” season six titled “Shifting Allegiances” has been released, where Rene returns to active duty as Wild Dog, and we’re teased again about Oliver turning to an old friend to help him fight Diaz.

Oliver (Stephen Amell) turns to an old friend to help battle Diaz (guest star Kirk Acevedo).
