    I think they could easily retcon the 2010 Human Target show into the Arrowverse somewhere down the line. In Episode 12 of Human Target, “Christopher Chance” is revealed to be a legacy name given to Human Targets. Wil Travel’s “Christopher” could just be a successor of Mark Valley’s. A mention or throw-away line could work this in fine if the Human Target ever shows up again.
