Another DC villain will be appearing on “Arrow” later this season, as actor Tom Amandes has been cast as the villain called The Calculator!
TV Line had the exclusive reveal of Calculator appearing on “Arrow’ later this season, and here is how they’re saying the villain will be used on the series, which also ties into how Roy will be brought back.

A criminal mastermind and technical genius, The Calculator — aka Noah Kuttler — uses his advanced skills in computer science and internet manipulation to blackmail Roy (Colton Haynes) out of retirement to do his bidding, which leads to an epic battle with Team Arrow.

In the comics, The Calculator was the nemesis of Barbara Gordon’s Oracle, who was very similar to Felicity in regards to her computer and tech skills, so it would make sense if he has that same kind of rivalry with Felicity in “Arrow.”
The Calculator is set to appear in two episodes, with his first appearance being in episode twelve titled “Unchained.”
