“Arrow” is finally back tonight! And with the show’s return tonight comes 3 new clips from the episode “Who Are You?,” where we see what happens immediately after the last scene in the mid-season finale with Oliver and Laurel, a conversation between Rene and Curtis, and one with Diggle and Adrian Chase.
