Regarding the negativity of last week’s episode:

Well, you should be able to talk on your completely free podcast on which you spend a lot of time for no money any way you damn well like!

But – I’m a new listener who was looking for another Arrow podcast (and checked you out because you were part of the same DCTV Podcast family as Supergirl Radio). And, speaking purely personally, I was a little put off by the tone, and was contemplating writing off this podcast and resuming my search for a new Arrow podcast to listen to each week. So I was relieved by the different tone this week and will definitely be tuning in next week (not that you should care!)

What I couldn’t tell last week is if your disappointment with Arrow had reached the point at which you were essentially only hatewatching the show. Not that there would be anything wrong with that – people should be able to watch TV for any reason that works for them. But it’s not something that I ever do myself, and the only reason why I would be listening to a podcast that discusses a show is if I actually enjoyed watching the show myself.

Which I do. I’ll even defend all the Legends of Tomorrow set-up a little. While I appreciate that it does get in the way of hard-core Arrow storyline development, there’s still something appealing in its own right about seeing the shared universe come into being, step by step
