    Hey Mike,

In regards to the name Ra’s Al Goul, Stephen Amell has said in a few interviews and Facebook Q&A’s that the show is inspired in a lot of ways from the Nolan movies, and that its his favorite trilogy, so it makes sense that they would use the pronunciation from the movies, and I don’t see them correcting that as both Black Canary, Aliwal the first and one of the random League of Assassins members have all used the same pronunciation and they would all know him and would thus know how to say his name, so for anybody this bugs, they are going to have to get used to it. They didn’t call it the League of Shadows so there’s that.

In regards to Robin not being Robin in Dark Knight Rises, I thought the way they did that made a lot of sense for the universe they had created. Robin is Batman’s side kick, and in the movie that’s what he was, he was helping Batman in a way that he actually needed help, he didn’t need somebody else running around in a cape, he needed somebody like John Blake. For better or for worse (I think for better) the Dark Knight Trilogy was a take on Batman that was as grounded as you could possibly make it, and I look at like like you do the Arrow series, not as 3 movies but one story, and one that was told incredibly well. I just hope that the new take on the Batman character does him justice.

Anyways I have been a long time listener, it was great to see Stephen Amell on the show last month, keep up the great work.
