The CW has released a brand new promo video for Arrow’s return on January 20th, where we see Green Arrow letting nothing stop him from finding Damien Darhk after what happened to Felicity in the last episode. We also get a look at the return of Anarky, and we’re also teased about the fate of Felicity.
