Another DC Comics character is making their way to “Arrow” in season five, and this time it’s a character who’s appeared on TV before. KSiteTV has learned that Christopher Chance, aka the Human Target, will be coming to “Arrow” next season in the fifth episode appropriately titled, “Human Target.”
You may remember that “Human Target” was a short-lived series on FOX back in 2010, so it’s cool that the character is being brought back to TV through the DCTV universe. And the new actor who landed the role of Human Target is Wil Traval, who comic book fans may remember from “Jessica Jones” last year as Police Officer Will Simpson.
Here is how Warner Bros. Television describes how Human Target will be used in “Arrow,” via KSiteTV:
Wil Traval plays well-renowned DC Comics character Christopher Chance, a.k.a. “Human Target,” in Episode #505: a professional bodyguard and master of disguise who assumes the identities of those targeted by assassins. His latest client: Mayor Oliver Queen.
This sounds like a cool way to bring another DC Comics character into “Arrow,” and I think actor Wil Traval will be perfect as Human Target.
We only have a little bit more to wait, as season 5 begins in less than two months!
