The CW has just released a new batch of images from the upcoming season 3 premiere episode titled “The Calm,” and they give us some great new looks at Oliver, Felicity, Laurel, Captain Lance, Ray Palmer, the new Count Vertigo, and Roy suited up as Arsenal. You can check out the new images below:
