A short but cool new promo for the “Arrow” season 5 premiere titled “Legacy” has been released, where we get to see some new footage from the premiere that includes a look at the villain Tobias Church, and a memorial statue for Black Canary.

“Arrow” returns for it’s fifth season on Wednesday, October 5th.
