We haven’t seen the last of Amanda Waller’s Suicide Squad just yet on “Arrow,” as it has just been revealed over at ETonline that the team of criminals will be returning in the seventeenth episode of this season titled, “Suicidal Tendencies.”
When the Suicide Squad returns, it will have both new and familiar members on the team, as ETonline reports that Bronze Tiger will be absent from this episode, but will be replaced by another character we met earlier this season, Oliver’s biggest fan Cupid.
ETonline also revealed that a new character from the comics will be introduced in this episode, the corrupt politician named Senator Cray, who will be played by actor Steven Culp, and in the episode will be part of a rescue operation in the DC created country of Kasnia.
The air date for the episode “Suicidal Tendencies” hasn’t been announced yet, but with the Suicide Squad movie coming out next year, I was worried the team’s only appearance on “Arrow” would be from last season. So it’s great to know the team will be coming back for at least one more job!
