Next week is the midseason finale for Arrow’s fourth season, and a new batch of promo images have been released to give us a preview of what we can expect to see in this season’s ninth episode titled, “Dark Waters.”
You can check out some of those new images below, where it looks like Oliver will be kept pretty busy in this episode as he continues his campaign for Mayor, and dealing with Damien Darhk.
“Dark Waters” is scheduled to air next Wednesday, December 9th.
